Calling all passionate and playful Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)! 📣 We're on the lookout for a fantastic BCBA to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the superhero who gets to know our amazing kids and create personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that truly make a difference. You'll team up with our incredible multidisciplinary crew to deliver top-notch, goal-smashing ABA services that lead to real progress and big smiles! 😄 If you're a natural leader, a fantastic communicator, and you light up when you see a child reach a new milestone, then this is YOUR place!
Key Responsibilities - Get Ready to Make Some Magic! ✨:
Become a detective! 🕵️♀️ Conduct fun and engaging assessments (like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS) to uncover each child's unique superpowers and create BIPs that are tailor-made for them.
Be the architect of awesome! 🏗️ Design, implement, and lead super cool ABA programs that focus on helping kids learn new skills, communicate like rockstars, make amazing friends, and say goodbye to behaviors that get in their way.
Be a mentor and cheerleader! 📣 Supervise, train, and support our incredible Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to make sure our treatment plans are implemented with passion and precision.
Track the awesome! 📈 Keep an eye on each child's progress through fun data collection, regular check-ins, and tweaking treatment plans to keep the momentum going.
Be a team player extraordinaire! 🤝 Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other awesome professionals to share your knowledge and help skills shine in all environments.
Be a documentation dynamo! ✍️ Keep detailed notes, reports, and treatment plans that meet all the important standards (but don't worry, we make it as painless as possible!).
Be a lifelong learner! 🤓 Stay curious and up-to-date on all the latest and greatest ABA research and techniques.
Qualifications - Are You Our Next Superstar? ⭐:
You've got a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a super related field – brains and passion are a great combo! 🧠❤️
You're a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing – you've got the credentials to prove your awesomeness!
You have at least 2 years of experience bringing your ABA magic to kids with ASD and other developmental differences – you know what it takes to make a real impact.
You're a BIP-creating wizard! 🧙♂️ You have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective BIPs that show real results.
You're a communication whiz, a natural leader, and a fantastic collaborator – you know how to bring people together and inspire them!
