Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
• Assist in data collection, progress tracking, and documentation
• Work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement to help clients build life skills, communication, social interactions, and independence
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all client interactions
  

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ability to retain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and receive constructive feedback
